What materials are used in Plateful dinnerware?
Our collections are crafted from premium, lead-free porcelain, durable stoneware, and sustainable bamboo fibers. Each product page provides specific material details and care instructions.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and porcelain items are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or metallic rims and our wooden serving boards should be hand-washed only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Plateful ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery zones to more countries soon.
